The Red Deer Leads Executive Association was founded in September 1991, when it became apparent that there was a definite need and desire for such a club in Red Deer.

Charter members included Federated Business Development Bank, Learning Tree Day Care, Marlin Travel, Proform Concrete, Raven Printing and Waines & Wasalychyn.

Since we began, we have grown to be a club with approximately 55 members, and we keep continually keep growing. We now have an active Executive Board that meets once a month, and we hold general meetings for all members twice a month from 11:45 am until 1:00 pm.
